![]() Just call the service center at (212) 0854-2222 which is an office that operates 24-7 and they will help you reach out to your super after 5pm (they can't give you supers' mobile number). Of course the Residential office would talk you out of moving in late in emails to protect their hours. Called the super and the service center and it turned out they just don't reply to emails much however arriving after 4pm, even 5-6pm, is fine. I landed at 14:35, got off board at 14:50, ran to the customs and managed to pass through it in 5-10 mins, however stuck at the baggage claim for 2 hours.
